Who We Are
Macro Depot started in the height of the pandemic in March of 2020. It stemmed from how do we keep helping people with their fitness while everything is closed and arguably help people better? The answer was food.
We strongly believe all diets will work if you’re compliant and consistent. How do you get compliance and consistency? You make the food taste great, and it has to be convenient. At Macro Depot we do both.
Our goal from the start was to be different. We wanted a variety of options while keeping a few consistent staple meals.
You will not get an ever changing completely different menu each week. Instead, we keep a base of tried and true options you will be familiar with, along with new weekly options.
You also won’t get two out of shape meal creators. We live in the kitchen and the gym. Call us fit Foodies.
